Catered Birthday Parties

Why not combine the attractions of a farm visit with a birthday tea or lunch.

How to book
Please telephone 01372 363764 to find out availability. These parties are very popular so try to ring well in advance to book a slot.

When booking, you book the time of eating (usually 12 noon, 1.30pm, 3pm or 4.30pm – lasting one hour). Typically parties will visit the farm for 2 or 3 hours before they eat, however you can return to the farm after you eat and the visit can last as long as you wish.

After booking your time and date you will be sent a booking form which contains all the information you need and our terms and conditions. This must be returned to us as soon as possible with a £40 deposit. Final numbers for eating can be telephoned through to the farm the day before the party.

Cost for Catered Parties (min. 8 Children)
which includes a birthday tea or lunch, a visit to the farm, an animal handling session just for your party and a Bocketts balloon is:-

There is a choice of 3 menus (all the same price):
Menu A: Assorted sandwiches, sausage, cheese and pineapple on sticks, crisps, cakes, jellies and sweets.
Menu B: Fish fingers, chicken nuggets, sausages, or cheese & tomato pizza served with chips & beans, plus ice cream.
Menu C: Same food as menu A but served in individual party picnic boxes.

Plenty of squash is provided with all meals. You are welcome to bring your own Birthday Cake.

Optional extras

• Trailer rides are usually available if dry and cost £1.00 per adult or child
• Party bags which contain a small notepad, crayons, a farm animal toy, a bouncy ball, a music drum toy and a postcard of the animals. They cost £1.95 each.
• Farmyard Cake: 8” chocolate cake decorated with farm animals and a tractor £20.00
• Catering for adults (e.g. tea/coffee £1.35 per person and rounds of sandwiches £2.75 per person).
