Do I need to pre-book tickets?
YES, pre-booking is essential. We have carefully reviewed our site capacity and have a limited number of tickets available each day. Tickets must be purchased in advance online so that we can manage numbers safely. When purchasing tickets, visitors must select a specific day and arrival time slot. This means we can reduce crowding at the entrance tills so that you won’t be waiting long in a queue. Please have your booking reference number to hand when you arrive. We are unable to accept visitors without pre-booked tickets. We wish to remind you that Tier 2 restrictions apply to Bocketts Farm. This means that there should be no household mixing indoors, apart from support bubbles. You should avoid booking multiple households on one booking to ensure you can remain separate upon arrival. Buy tickets here.
5 visit pass holders and those with free entry vouchers must also pre-book online by selecting the admission reservation option. These vouchers and passes must be presented upon entry or full payment will be required. Vouchers and passes will be accepted up to 3 months beyond their expiry date. If you wish to make a booking using a Bocketts Farm Gift Card as method of payment, please phone the office on 01372 363764.
