This means that all indoor parts of our attraction can remain open, including the play barn and animal barns.

There should be no household mixing indoors, apart from support bubbles.

We are not able to seat different family groups together at the same table in our Tearooms, unless they are from the same household or support bubble.

You should follow the rule of six when outdoors.

Please avoid booking multiple households on one booking (apart from support bubbles) to ensure you can remain separate upon arrival.

Thank you for your support and co-operation!

As part of our commitment to you, we will;

  • Ensure you have a safe and well organised visit.
  • Limit the number of tickets available each day to ensure social distancing can be adhered to. Our new online booking system allows us to carefully control site capacity. Pre booking is essential.
  • Maintain all our facilities to the standards of cleanliness throughout your visit. Our dedicated ‘clean team’ will be following our enhanced cleaning schedules and focus on frequently touched surfaces.
  • Provide additional hand sanitiser stations around the farm that can be used during your visit in addition to regular handwashing.
  • Efficiently manage the toilets and ensure that they are regularly cleaned.
  • Serve visitors from behind screens to avoid face to face contact.
  • Ensure our team wear masks in all indoor areas.
  • Disinfect our play areas with medical grade viricidal disinfectant every day.
  • Offer pre-bookable sessions in the soft play. This is to limit numbers in the play barn at any one time. You will be booked onto a session when you arrive. The play barns will be closed for 15 minutes between each session to allow for regular cleaning. During the week when visitor numbers are lower you may not be asked to book into a session time. In addition, they will be disinfected with viricidal disinfectant every morning.
  • Keep certain activities closed which cannot safely be used at this time.
  • Proudly display our ‘Good To Go’ badge. This is given to businesses adhering to Government guidelines demonstrating that we have excellent processes in place and as a business we’re good to go!

What you can do for us:

  • Only visit the farm if you are feeling well. Please do not visit the farm if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
  • Bocketts Farm Park is in Tier 2 of the government restrictions and so you should follow these guidelines. This means NO MIXING OF HOUSEHOLDS INDOORS, APART FROM SUPPORT BUBBLES. You should FOLLOW THE RULE OF SIX WHEN OUTDOORS. We will not be able to seat different family groups together at the same table in our Tearooms, unless they are from the same household or support bubble.
  • Adhere to our site guidelines and follow the safety signage and one-way systems in place. They are there to keep you and our team safe.
  • Respect each other and always maintain a safe distance from others.
  • Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds with soap and warm water.
  • Wear a face covering in all indoor areas in line with Government guidelines. This includes the main barn, play barns, Animal Discovery Barn and Little Hoppington. Everyone over the age of 11 years must wear a mask in indoor areas except when eating, drinking or playing.
  • Pre book your tickets. Pre-booking is now essential.
  • Pay using card and contactless where possible please.
  • Have a super day out with your families (and recommend us to all your friends!)

If you have any concerns during your visit, please do come and talk to one of our team and we’d be happy to assist.
