What to expect on the day

• You MUST arrive at least 15 minutes before your guests are due to arrive and report to reception where your party organiser will come to meet you.

• When you arrive please have your COMPLETED guest list ready for your party organiser with children’s names, ages and number of accompanying adults per child that you are paying for. If your guests are likely to arrive before you, please ensure your guest list is emailed to us in advance.

• Your Party organiser will confirm details for the day along with the times for your private Small Animal Encounter session, and your tractor and trailer ride if you have opted for one.

• Birthday cakes/presents etc. may be left at Reception on arrival and will be taken over to the party room for you.

• An aux cable will be available for you to play your own music in the party room.

• A Bocketts Farm balloon on a stick is included for each child, and these will be ready for you in the party room.

• You must settle your bill in the Tearooms at the end of the party.

Terms and Conditions

• Two free adults are permitted with the birthday child. In the event of a joint or shared party, this only applies to one birthday child. One free adult is permitted for additional birthday children and all other children paying the party package rate.

• Additional adults and siblings not included on the guest list are charged £14.00 each (£5.50 for After School parties). This rate is not available online so please let your guests know that they are not required to book in advance.

• Please note that the party package rates are only applicable when paying for a minimum of 10 children. If less than this number attend, you will still be charged in full for 10.

• Final numbers must be confirmed by phone or email the day before. Food is prepared according to these numbers and must be paid for.

• Use of the party room where you eat is for one hour only, from the time of the booking.

• Please ensure children are supervised at all times. Bocketts Farm do not provide any supervision of your children. We suggest you have at least one adult for every six children

• Ensure that children wash their hands before eating, and always after touching the animals. Hand wash facilities are available at multiple handwash stations and toilets across the farm.

• Access to the party room is only permitted from your booked time. Do not enter the party room whilst another party is taking place.

• Piñatas (or similar), sparklers & party poppers are not permitted. Any damage or unnecessary mess may incur an additional charge.

• You may not bring your own alcohol.

• Payment for the party must be made in full in the Tearooms at the end of your meal. The bill must be paid as one payment and cannot be split between multiple people.

• Please note that special offers and discount vouchers are not valid for birthday parties.

• If you change your mind about the booking you must phone the office to cancel within 10 days.

• Your £100 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking.
