Visitor Access & Parking Details
Parking is free for all visitors and we have plenty of disabled parking bays in close proximity to the entrance.
Although we are a Farm Park, the majority of our paths are surfaced or ramped, allowing access to our animal areas and play areas.
The large undercover Animal Discovery Barn has wide walkways and wheelchair accessible ramps. Please note that some areas of the Farm Park are grassy and sloped (the Farm Walk for example) so may not be suitable for wheelchair users.

Wheelchair Access & Facilities
Hire of a wheelchair is available, free of charge, on a first come first served basis. Please call ahead to reserve one. Tractor Rides have ramp access for wheelchairs and at Pony Rides, our team are on hand to provide additional support for those children requiring it.
Our Little Explorers Play Area is wheelchair and pushchair friendly, with a wheelchair accessible roundabout. There are accessible toilets in 3 locations across the Farm Park, in addition to several baby change facilities and family rooms, where pushchairs and wheelchairs can manoeuvre inside. Handwashing facilities around the park are equipped with low level basins.
Adult changing facilities are available on request. We do not currently have a hoist.

Visitor Support
Our Old Barn Tearooms restaurant and Cow Shed Coffee Shop are wheelchair accessible. We cater for a range of dietary requirements and allergens.
Our Farm Park is set within acres of outdoor space, so quiet areas can always be found, particularly on our Farm Walks and in the Kitchen Garden.
If you have any special requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact us before your visit. Our team are trained to work with a range of disabilities, but we are always learning. If you feel we could do anything different to enhance your visit, we’d love to hear from you.
